About
One person, two tracks
I am Eleftherios Pournos-Georgiou, Lefos for short. I build websites and I market them, from Athens, for clients anywhere. This page is the story of how those two jobs became one.

How did I end up doing both?
By co-founding an agency before I knew which half I liked more. At Imagen Digital Agency I did everything a small agency demands: scoping, building WordPress sites, and then running the campaigns that had to justify them. That is where I learned that a fast site and a good campaign are the same project seen from two sides.
Freelancing came next, and then a year at GrowthRocks in London, one of the best-known growth marketing agencies. Working inside a structured team taught me process: hypotheses before spend, experiments before opinions, and reporting a client can actually read. I carry that discipline into every engagement since.
Today I freelance from Athens across both tracks, and I am open to the right structured agency role. The dual background is the point: when the person who built the site also reads the campaign data, problems get found in hours, not meetings.
Milestones
Launched elefments, my dual-track portfolio
Built this site to document both tracks in one place: web development work with named clients and paid media results with anonymized data.
Freelance Digital Marketer & Web Consultant, Athens
Direct client work across web builds, SEO, and paid media on Meta, Google, and TikTok, while looking for the right structured agency role.
Sleed Academy Marathon
A 24-week full-stack digital marketing intensive from one of the largest digital agencies in Greece, theory plus hands-on practice.
Growth Developer / Account Manager at GrowthRocks, London
Built growth-focused landing pages and tracking infrastructure (GTM, Mixpanel) and automated workflows (Zapier, ActiveCampaign) inside a remote-first growth agency.
Co-founded Imagen Digital Agency
Learned the whole stack of running client work: sales, scoping, building WordPress sites, and running the campaigns that promoted them, while managing a small team and operations.
BSc (Hons) Computer Science, University of East London
The engineering foundation under the marketing work: I read code, not just dashboards. Graduated as a University Representative.
How I work
Static first, measured always
Sites ship pre-rendered with performance budgets, and every campaign ships with tracking that was planned before the first euro of spend. If it cannot be measured, it does not ship.
AI as a multiplier, not a replacement
Claude and ChatGPT are in my daily loop for code, analysis, and drafts; Midjourney for creative exploration. They multiply the hours, but the judgment about what to build and what to spend stays human. Mine, specifically.
Evidence over tools
No single SEO tool gets the final word: I cross-reference Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, and the rankings themselves before recommending anything.
Outside of work
Freelance and remote work leaves room to keep learning and to take real breaks. Most of mine are enforced by Fanouris, my dog, who has strong opinions about when a walk is overdue.
