How do you price a project?
By the project, not by the hour, scaled to the scope, the service, and the complexity involved. Once I understand what you need, you get one number upfront, so there are no surprise invoices later.
How long does a website take?
A simple site typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. More complex builds take longer, and the exact timeline also depends on you: how quickly you can supply ready, presentable content and assets. I set milestones from day one so you always know where things stand.
Do you handle marketing too, or just the website?
Both. I build the site and I can run what fills it: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the analytics that tell you whether it worked. Start with just the website if that is all you need right now.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes, daily. Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini help with research, content drafts, and reporting; Midjourney helps with creative concepts. Every output still gets my judgment before it ships, never posted unreviewed.
How do we communicate during the project?
Whatever works for you: email, a call, or a messaging app. If you are in Athens, I am happy to meet in person.
What about hosting and domains?
I do not sell hosting. I will help you pick a reliable provider and make sure performance and security come first, with no affiliate links steering the choice.
Will my site be SEO-friendly from day one?
Yes. Structured data, fast loading, and a sane heading hierarchy ship with every build by default. Deeper SEO work, like the six-tool cross-referencing methodology I write about on the blog, is part of the marketing side if you need it.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes, an optional maintenance plan covering updates, backups, and monitoring, so you are not on your own the day after launch.
How does payment work?
Payment is milestone-based: for smaller-scale projects, an upfront deposit of 40 to 60 percent before I start, with the balance at delivery. For larger projects, a 30/40/30 split works better: deposit, a payment at design approval, and the balance at delivery. Either way, I send a pro-forma invoice before requesting the deposit.
